Your Atlanta Therapist taking notes

If you’re looking for a therapist to tailor treatment to your specific needs, I’d love to be Your Atlanta Therapist.

__________________________________

After living my life to please others and letting the validation of others carry me to completing a Mathematics degree, I realized something had to change. I thought to myself,

I am the only person living my life. I need to enjoy it.

Since then, I’ve been prioritizing my personal identity development, implementing boundaries, and working through my past to figure out what landed me clinging to praise from others.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I now have the pleasure of helping others do the same.

I help adults explore their pasts to live more in the present and change their futures.

Let’s chat! I look forward to being part of your journey!

After years of working for a college ministry before going back to school for counseling, I now still enjoy working with college students, women in ministry, and anyone with a curiosity to understand themselves better.

I utilize EMDR and other evidence-based therapies to assist adults in working through past trauma or any event that felt less than nurturing.

As Your Atlanta Therapist, I am licensed to provide services in Georgia, and I am also a registered telehealth provider in Florida and South Carolina.
